UPDATE: Well Moose is in full Liver failure. So we give him IV fluids every other day and he eats a prescribed liver diet which is quite pricey but our man is worth every penny!!! If you would like to be one of his sponsors any amount would be greatly appreciated!!! Well hello there! My name is Moose who knows why I don't have horns ! Silly humans. Well let me tell you my country story. I never owned a truck and I haven't been divorced but its a pretty sad one any way. I have lived my life in a back fenced yard. My owner never touched me. I'm not sure why he even had us :( He threw our food over the fence and poured water in a disgusting bucket. We just learned to deal with it. We lived with rats that were as big as rabbits :( FINALLY someone called the authorities and they came and got all 4 of us. Unfortunately one of our brothers was already too sick and he died at the shelter after only being there a week :( Max, Murphy and I survived. Boy do I LOVE my new life!!! Even the shelter was better than what I had. We got clean water and good food twice a day and this thing they called a bed to lay on!!! Now I live in the house WHOOOOHOOOOO I LOVE it!!! I love just chilling on a soft blanket in my crate with the door open. Its all my very own. I don't have accidents in the house because well I don't want my human to put me back outside!!! I love to be touched it feels awesome!!! If you are looking for a chill dude then please put in an application and lets have a date and see if I am your soul mate! We do not adopt dogs to renters. Some dogs will have fence requirements while others may not. A pet is a lifetime commitment. The dogs and cats in our system find themselves there, for the most part, because their humans did not have the same loyalty to them as they did to their owners. We do not take the adoption process lightly, and will do everything in our power to make sure the animal is placed correctly the first time around for your sake and theirs.
